I think for a brief history is that I was always content being fat, out of shape and lazy. I know I was overweight and weak but I choose to sit on couch with chips instead of doing anything about it. I disliked myself and knew I was wrong but food made me feel good. Then I think I hit middle aged and the mid life crisis as well as I got passed over for a job I wanted. I got so mad at myself and the situation that I missed a meal. Then I realized that if I try and cut down food, I can finally lose weight. I went from about 250 to 175. Then I started working out and been keeping a healthy and wealth lifestyle ever since. At first I went to gym so I could eat more. Now I go to gym to see what I can accomplish and to see how far in my relentless j gym apparel that I can achieve
